Is Medinova fully licensed and regulated? How can I be sure it’s legal?
Medinova is a UK registered pharmacy (link to Gphc register), so you can be sure you are getting MHRA approved medicine delivered to your door.
Is the medicine available over the counter - the same as those available at physical pharmacies?
Yes, but at a much more competitive price. We price match so we can offer you the lowest price available on the market.
Is your service confidential?
It’s fully confidential, safe and discreet. You can check pharmacy credentials on the General pharmaceutical council website.
How do I know if the medicine is genuine? Is there any way I can check?
Since our online pharmacy is a trusted and UK registered online pharmacy, all treatments we prescribe are approved by the Medicine and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA).

Ordering, deliveries and returns
Do I need a prescription from my GP?
No. Our in-house prescriber will give the prescription so you don’t have to contact your GP.
However, we do advise you to consult with your GP firstly to decide the suitable medication for you.
How long will it take to receive my medication?
It will only take 3 working days to receive your order.

Is there a limit to my order?

Do I need to fill in the medical assessment everytime I re-order?
Yes, our prescriber will review the assessment and prescribe as necessary.

How do I check the status of my order?

Can I cancel or return my order?
Unfortunately medication cannot be returned unless there is actual fault with medication. Please contact us should you have any queries on your medication.
How long does it take to process a refund?
It will only take 5 working days. We truly appreciate your patience during this process.
How is my order packaged and delivered?
Your orders will be packed and delivered using Royal Mail.
